Our next Mindful Monday community drop-in is this Monday 13th October, from 10am to 2pm at the Castle Chambers Café, Barnstaple. 26 Castle Street.

We’ll be joined on Monday by friends from three amazing charities – Fraser Goodfellow from National Trust will tell you more about the many local activities they run including free workshops; Jodie Wilson from Pete’s Dragons will be on hand to share how they are here for anyone in Devon who has been impacted by suicide loss and Libby Bowles from Earth Action North Devon will inspire you to connect with the great outdoors, including news of an exciting new free adult ocean explorer programme for local people.
NEW! QiGong for Wellbeing sessions – 10.30am-11.00am and 12-1pm. Jeanine from Space to Be Wellbeing CIC is now delighted to run two sessions of QiGong, a form of Tai Chi. We anticipate these will be a popular addition to Mindful Mondays. The sessions help to ease stress and calm the mind and are suitable for all ages and abilities. The exercises can be done either seated or standing and also improve joint health.The 10.30am slot is already full on 13th October, but spaces are still available for the 12-1pm session.To book your place and/or find out more, please email Jeanine at [email protected]. Stay for lunch! Delicious hot food and cakes are also available to buy. You can eat in or take away! Plus a pay it forward board is available to share the love further.
