A warm welcome awaits...
Pictured above: Kayleigh Pullin-Rogers, Co-ordinator of The Woodyard Project and Richard Annear, Manager of Castle Chambers Café at 26 Castle Street, Barnstaple, look forward to seeing you soon at a Mindful Monday drop-in session.
In addition to the range of mindful and relaxing activities waiting for you at Mindful Mondays at Castle Chambers Cafe (26 Castle Street, Barnstaple) we are delighted to welcome some special guests to join us on certain dates. Covering a range of themes, our guests will be on hand to provide guidance and share expertise in an informal setting.
Kayleigh Pullin-Rogers says: “I am really excited to be working with Castle Chambers Cafe and Space to be Wellbeing to open the doors to our Mindful Mondays. As I have embarked on this project, I have been incredibly lucky to have been met with enormous support from the local community and its networks of various organisations. So much so that we are able to invite guest hosts to share their work and provide signposting to access things outside of our sessions which will be a fantastic addition to our offer. I am hoping to create a space where everyone can find an activity to do that suits their preferences and will be very open to feedback to meet everyone’s needs as we move forward and develop the concept.”
