It may be bank holiday this Monday but you can still bank on us to lift your day! Castle Chambers Café (26 Castle Street, Barnstaple) will open its doors for another #MindfulMonday from 10am to 2pm.
As well as a range of mindful activities and crafts, a chatty room (if you’re feeling sociable), a quiet room (if you’re not) and Reading for Wellbeing, we’re excited to welcome:
♣️ Shuffle Up – our board game hosts will show how sitting down to play a board game with someone can really brighten up your day!
🌳 Fraser Goodfellow from the National Trust with ideas for involvement…
🐸 Magical storyteller June, this time with a tale of a frog who goes courting…
#MindfulMonday is the best way to start your week in a relaxed and positive frame of mind, with something for everyone. Entry fee £5 and for 18 years+.
Plus, of course, you can buy hot food and drink at a great price, all lovingly prepared by Richard and Kaz at the café. Not forgetting our new Pay it forward board.
